Responsibilities

• Measuring meal ingredients for senior chefs.
• Preparing meal ingredients, including seasoning meats and washing, peeling, chopping vegetables and fruits.
• Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by senior chefs.
• Taking inventory when needed.
• Discarding expired and spoiled food items.
• Performing basic cleaning and sanitizing workstations.
• Plating and presenting meal items under guidance of senior chefs.
