About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes and schedules for the Kimberley area.
• Monitor driver performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular training sessions on safety and customer service.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in good working order and adhere to safety regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and reports, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a delivery driver or logistics role, with prior supervisory experience being a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good knowledge of the Kimberley and surrounding areas' road networks.
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic laws.
