Job summary

AB InBev in Johannesburg seeks a Delivery Productivity Manager to drive service levels and optimise delivery processes across modes. The role includes coaching on MBFU, validating data, and ensuring accurate driver payments while maintaining SOP compliance and daily KPI tracking.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment, coordinating driver start-ups, load plans, and customer communications to improve on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant 3-year tertiary degree/diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role within an FMCG.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
• Valid Code 08 Driver's License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive a consistent Service Level by ensuring superior POC execution of the Delivery Process and managing delivery mode opportunities.
• In trade coaching with MBFU issues, refusals and OODD.
• Verify master data accuracy and ensure accurate payment via CPODs and SPODs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs/OWDs and monitor daily productivity KPIs (departure, on route, arrival).
• Conduct driver morning meetings to align trainings and coaching under DPO standards.
• Communicate ETA updates to customers to manage net promoter score (NPS).
• Establish routines with cross-functional teams to track performance and improve delivery quality.
