The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of route optimization and fleet management. A valid driver's license is required, with Code 10 or higher advantageous.

You will be responsible for route planning, driver supervision, vehicle maintenance coordination, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers, ensuring performance and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and optimize daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency and timely completion.
• Monitor vehicle performance, schedule routine maintenance, and address repair needs promptly.
• Ensure all drivers comply with safety regulations, traffic laws, and company procedures.
• Manage fuel consumption and implement strategies for cost reduction across the fleet.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, provide feedback, and address concerns.
