Placements24 is seeking a Smart Contract Engineer to design, test, and deploy secure contracts for DeFi and crypto projects in Centurion. You will write Solidity on Ethereum-compatible chains and help maintain auditable code for reliable transactions.

Candidates should have 3+ years in software, 2+ in smart contracts, strong ERC-20/721 knowledge, and experience with Truffle, Hardhat or Foundry. Hybrid work and token-based incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in smart contract development.
• Strong understanding of Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible chains.
• Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721) and dApp patterns.
• Experience with development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Foundry.
• Awareness of security best practices for smart contracts and common vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts on Ethereum-compatible networks.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for contract reliability and security.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality.
