Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a debtors manager to oversee a large ledger across several till points, with a strong focus on cash flow, compliance and team leadership. The role requires retail invoicing coordination across multiple sales points, advanced Excel skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

You will drive the full billing process, maintain debtor records, produce monthly reports, and monitor contract compliance in a live-out, market-rate salary

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience managing a debtors book of 200+ customers.
• Proven team management experience.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Retail experience, with the ability to coordinate invoices across multiple points of sale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the full billing and credit control process.
• Maintain the debtors database, including term codes and banking detail accuracy.
• Trace and resolve queries from point of sale through to accounting software.
• Compile monthly reports and manage month-end procedures.
• Monitor customer compliance against contract terms; action non-compliance.
• Provide weekly cash flow projections.
• Authorise credit notes and balance account reconciliations.
• Manage daily sales entries, cashier floats, and change bags.
• Maintain records of all debtor correspondence.
