Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Debtors & Leasing Administrator for a student accommodation portfolio in Observatory, Cape Town. You will manage tenant accounts, rental collections, and day-to-day queries with accuracy and speed.

The role demands 2–4 years in debtors or property administration, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with property management systems such as MDA, PayProp or WeConnectU. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in debtors, rental administration or property administration.
• Hands-on experience with rental collections and arrears follow-ups.
• Experience with leasing administration, tenant onboarding and lease documentation.
• Strong reconciliation and payment allocation skills.
• Experience handling tenant queries and account discrepancies.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and accounting/property management system skills.
• Experience with MDA, PayProp or WeConnectU is advantageous.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented Debtors & Leasing Administrator with strong experience in rental accounts, tenant administration and debt collection?

Hire Resolve is seeking a reliable and hands-on Debtors & Leasing Administrator to join a student accommodation/property business in Observatory, Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenant accounts, rental collections, leasing administration, tenant documentation and day-to-day account queries while ensuring accurate and efficient administration across the property portfolio.

What You Need:

• ? Experience handling tenant queries and account discrepancies
• ? High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• ? Strong Excel and accounting/property management system skills
