Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year collections experience within a contact centre.
• Must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Must be computer literate (Email, Internet, Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by collecting money on delinquent accounts (0–2+ profiles).
• Obtain promise to pay from customers and rehabilitate payment profiles.
• Achieve daily collection targets and adhere to scripts.
• Negotiate payments within dialer time and meet KPIs.
• Capture all liaison details accurately in the system.
• Provide polite, professional customer service.
• Maintain quality standards by getting it right first time.
