VW Midrand is seeking a Dealer Principal to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service at the dealership. You will manage staff, set strategies and represent the Volkswagen brand in line with the business objectives.

The role requires leadership experience in automotive retail, strong financial acumen, and ability to motivate a diverse team while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
