Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Risk Prevention Specialist to manage dealer warranty and service department training, audit counseling, and claim review. You will analyze claims from multiple sources to minimize chargebacks and travel to dealer locations for audits and training upon request by Warranty, ESB, FCSD, or the dealership.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required; some college coursework is desirable.
• Applicable certification indicating computer literacy in MS Office is preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in Automotive Claims.
• ESP or Warranty claims program knowledge is desired.
• Mechanical automotive background is required.

Responsibilities

• Review claims in assigned groups via the OEM claim payment system to determine policy guideline conformance.
• Analyze dealer information to set audit targets and calendar.
• Utilize Ford systems to identify claim anomalies and communicate potential charge-backs.
• Provide backup support to Warranty specialist operations when needed.
• Identify process improvements and best practices; complete ad hoc reporting or dealer inquiries.
