SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Risk Prevention Specialist in Johannesburg to manage dealer warranty and service department training, audit counseling, and review claims across multiple systems.

Travel to dealer locations for audits and training is required upon request. You will analyze claims data to identify anomalies, set monthly audit/ training targets, and communicate potential charge backs to dealers per OEM rules.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Certification indicating proficiency in MS Office.
• 1–3 years experience in Automotive Claims.
• ESP or Warranty claims program knowledge is desired.
• Mechanical automotive background required.
• Familiarity with OASIS and ACES II is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail; professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.

Aufgaben

• Review claims in MCA to determine if they meet policy guidelines.
• Analyze dealer information to determine audit targets.
• Use multiple Ford systems to analyze claims data and set monthly audit/training targets.
• Determine validity of claims and communicate potential charge backs.
• Provide backup support to Warranty specialist operations.
• Identify process improvements and best practices as needed.
• Complete ad hoc reporting tasks or dealers inquiries.
