Job summary

RMB Nigeria Limited in Johannesburg invites a seasoned deal origination and structuring professional to join our team. You will participate in deal origination, structuring, and client engagement to improve profitability and market position.

Key tasks include analysing client financials, debt profiles and gearing to support differentiated funding solutions and offshore opportunities. You will monitor deals for covenant breaches and assist with solutioning within risk frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar role and team.
• Degree: CA(SA) or Honours/Masters in Actuarial Science, Finance & Accounting.
• Also acceptable: Mathematics of Finance or Engineering degrees.

Responsibilities

• Support deal origination and structuring, implementation and client engagement processes.
• Analyse client financial data, debt profile, gearing, and projected cash flows to enable funding solutions.
