Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar role and team.
• CA(SA), Honours or Masters in Actuarial Science, Finance and Accounting, Mathematics of Finance, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Understand competitors, trends, sector dynamics and macro forces to analyse opportunities and challenges.
• Assess client performance, debt, cash flows and gearing to support differentiated funding solutions.
• Understand client needs and lending behaviours to enable deal support.
• Conduct research for targeted origination planning with potential clients and strategic partners.
• Monitor deals for covenant breaches and late payments where applicable.
• Support solutioning with client requirements, regulations and risk frameworks.
