Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, policy implementation and continuous improvement across DC departments, with a focus on performance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• People management and leadership experience across large DC teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Proven track record in logistics, supply chain or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound, dispatch and housekeeping operations to meet schedule and cost objectives.
• Coordinate DC activities and ensure quality standards and policy adherence.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules and process improvements to hit business goals.
• Drive cost management and budget control for the DC operations.
• Ensure use of cost-effective technology to maximize production.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and Supply Chain for project support.
