Qualifications

• BEng Industrial Engineering or similar degree required.
• 3-5 years relevant DC operations experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects.
• Proficient in MS Office packages.
• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of equipment to support operational needs.
• Management and control of all project costs.
• Change management.
• Supplier contract and quotations negotiations.
• Evaluate core processes within DC operations and improve.
• Design and conduct time and motion studies to develop standard work.
• Collaborate with HODs and Development team.
• Perform routine audits of systems and processes.
• Advise on KPI improvements affecting operations.
• Conduct RCA to identify issues.
• Data analysis for storage optimization and process conformance.
• Develop and maintain work standards and 5S initiatives.
• Design and modify facility drawings using AutoCAD.
• Development and construction of tools to aid operations.
