Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with dashboard and reporting skills.
• Strong Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
• Exposure to Databricks and cloud-based data environments.
• Experience with data models, datasets, and reporting frameworks.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data engineering concepts.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with Databricks to access, transform, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data integration and pipelines.
• Support data governance, quality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to analytics best practices and reporting frameworks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executives to communicate findings.
• Contribute to GenAI and advanced analytics initiatives where applicable.
• Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
