The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of Oracle ERP systems while providing technical support, monitoring, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Install, configure, maintain, and support Oracle databases and application servers.
Diagnose and resolve database and application server issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity planning, and scalability initiatives for Oracle applications.
Assist with the physical design and architecture of database and application server environments.
Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize database and application systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
Implement Oracle software rollouts, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Utilize automation tools for maintenance, monitoring, alerting, and system administration activities.
Identify required system changes and software patches and implement them according to business and technical requirements.
Adhere to established standard operating procedures, policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with Unix/Linux support teams to ensure the availability and efficient utilization of infrastructure resources.

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
Oracle Database Administrator Certification (OCP).
Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience administering Oracle databases.
Experience working within Oracle ERP environments.
Practical knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database administration tools.
