Alignerr is seeking a Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training) to help build rigorous security training data for frontier AI systems. This fully remote hourly contract role offers flexible hours from 10 to 40 per week, allowing you to contribute to data protection, risk assessment, and policy-compliance guidance across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will analyze data security scenarios, classify data sensitivity, and validate incident-prevention strategies to improve AI training

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in data security, compliance, or security operations.
• Familiar with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy or regulatory concepts (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
• Strong practical understanding of how data risk plays out in real enterprise environments
• Comfortable analyzing security incidents and articulating nuanced risk decisions in writing
• Self-directed and reliable — able to deliver quality work asynchronously

What You'll Do
