Job summary

SMYN Online Radio is seeking a Data Quality Officer to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of programme data in the Global Fund-supported HIV/TB programmes. Key responsibilities include data validation, mentorship, and capacity building among data capturers and M&E staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in data quality or similar roles, preferably in the HIV/AIDS or TB sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Health, Statistics, Data Management or IT.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data quality or M&E role.
• Familiarity with HIV/AIDS, TB or sexual health sectors within NGO or government.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of programme data.
• Review and validate data submitted by field teams.
• Provide mentorship to staff submitting data.
