WeconnectU is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain a centralized data platform that connects product, CRM, finance and operations. You will develop scalable data models and ETL/ELT pipelines, leveraging Snowflake or equivalent cloud platforms and Python-based integrations.

You will collaborate across Technology, Product, Finance, Sales and Marketing to ensure data quality, governance and reliable reporting, while delivering on pragmatic roadmaps and knowledge transfer.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years of practical experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI engineering or a closely related role.
• Hands-on production experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse/lakehouse.
• Strong SQL skills with automation, testing and production support.
• Experience designing, building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines with APIs and scheduled workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple sources into a central data platform.
• Develop integrations using SQL, APIs, Python and cloud services.
• Design scalable data models for CRM, product, finance and operations.
• Implement testing, logging, monitoring, and cost-aware performance improvements.
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams and external consultants.
