Job summary

Experian is seeking a data coordination specialist to manage, coordinate and monitor incoming data. You will provide fast, responsive support to Industry Bodies, Bureaus and data suppliers on data-related queries, ensuring data flows meet agreed SLAs.

The role requires initiative, a systematic approach, reliable teamwork and effective communication to maintain high performance across data processes and reporting functions.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 - NQF Level 4 is required.
• MS Office qualification is required.
• 1 year of data processing experience in a financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data processes – collect, load and monitor the flow of all data through stages within SLA.
• Reporting requirements – compile and deliver bureau compliance reports within SLA.
• Adhoc requests – handle SNOW cases, Data Investigation, Credit Provider Queries and SACRRA/CBA queries within SLA.
