Job summary

Global Roles in Pretoria is seeking a Data Manager to support HIV, TB, STIs, and Viral Hepatitis data analysis and management. The role contributes to public health surveillance, epidemic intelligence, and outbreak response within the WCO Surveillance Hub.

You will build data tools, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks, supporting pandemic fund projects, Path to Elimination, and data quality assessments across programmes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
• At least five years of international and/or national data management experience.
• Experience with HIV, TB, STIs, Viral Hepatitis data programs.
• Experience with surveillance and outbreak response.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic information, data analysis and data management for key disease programmes.
• Develop and review M&E tools and data collection/reporting tools.
• Manage databases and perform data analysis and dashboards visualization.
• Provide epidemiological and monitoring support for HIV/TB programmes.
• Support surveillance and outbreak response activities.
• Produce timely reports and analytic products for adaptive management.
