Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in South Africa seeks a Data Governance Analyst to deliver governance across Master Data domains including Customer, Vendor, Finance, HR and Supply Chain.

You will monitor data quality, support stewardship, and provide stakeholders with reliable governance information while translating standards into day-to-day execution. This individual contributor role focuses on governance processes, issue tracking and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; DAMA certification a plus.
• Hands-on experience with data quality monitoring, issue tracking and remediation.
• Exposure to multiple enterprise data domains (Customer, Vendor, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, technology and data teams to drive high-quality, trusted data and coordinate remediation.
• Embed governance practices with Data Owners and Data Stewards.
• Maintain metadata, business glossaries and data catalogue content to improve visibility.
• Deliver governance reporting and dashboards to help manage risk and priorities.
• Coordinate governance activities, track issues and controls to resolution.
• Build relationships across functions to provide governance guidance.
• Foster data ownership and continual improvement for data-driven decisions.
