The Coca-Cola Company in Johannesburg is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to deliver analytical insights and governance support across multiple master data domains, including Customer, Vendor, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain.

You will partner with business and technology teams to embed governance practices, maintain metadata and data catalog content, and deliver dashboards that help teams manage risk and improve data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• DAMA certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in data governance or related field.
• Hands-on data quality monitoring and remediation experience.
• Exposure to multiple enterprise data domains (Customer, Vendor, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain).

Responsabilités

• Partner with business, technology and data teams to drive high-quality data and remediation.
• Work with Data Owners and Data Stewards to embed governance practices.
• Collaborate to maintain metadata, glossaries and data catalogue content.
• Deliver governance reporting and dashboards to manage risk and priority actions.
• Coordinate governance activities and ensure issues are resolved timely.
• Foster data ownership and continuous improvement for data-driven decisions.
