Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Data Governance Analyst in Johannesburg to deliver governance and insights across master data domains including Customer, Vendor, Finance, Marketing, HR and Supply Chain. The role focuses on monitoring data quality, coordinating remediation, and reporting to strengthen stewardship and ensure governance processes are consistently applied.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data governance or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with data quality monitoring and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, technology and data teams to drive high-quality data and remediation.
• Embed governance practices with Data Owners and Data Stewards.
• Maintain metadata, glossaries and data catalogue content.
• Deliver governance reporting and dashboards to show performance and risk.
• Coordinate governance activities and track issues to resolution.
• Build cross-functional relationships to share governance best practices.
• Foster data ownership and continuous improvement for data-driven decisions.
