Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analysis, or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with supply chain planning and execution software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a remote team.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and transportation logistics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
• Evaluating transportation routes, carriers, and costs to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and transportation spend.
• Collaborating with suppliers, warehouse managers, and carriers to streamline operations.
• Forecasting demand and ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs.
• Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, developing contingency plans.
• Preparing regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance and recommendations.
• Utilizing advanced analytics and modeling techniques to improve supply chain planning.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
