Qualifications

About the Role

You will be crucial in leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive operational excellence. This position requires a meticulous approach to data analysis and a strong understanding of operational workflows within industrial settings. You will collaborate closely with department heads and operational staff to implement and monitor performance improvements, contributing significantly to the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.
Work with operational teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact on efficiency and cost.
Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and resource allocation on the factory floor.
Contribute to the development and refinement of operational strategies and best practices.

Requirements
