• Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, forecasting techniques and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize room revenue.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
• Manage relationships with OTAs and other distribution partners.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the rooms division.
• Generate regular reports on revenue, occupancy and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to align revenue strategy with business goals.
