Job summary

Clicks Group in Cape Town is seeking a Junior Data Analyst (Business Process) to analyze, process and report on financial and operational data to inform decision-making. The role requires 2–3 years of analytics experience and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

You will develop reports, collaborate with stakeholders, and help improve data quality while supporting business process insights and auditing analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years data analytics experience with exposure to business process reporting.
• 2 years report development and data-driven solutions experience.
• Exposure to SAP Business Objects or other BI software.
• Essential degree or diploma as listed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and report on financial and operational data to inform decision-making.
• Produce and schedule high-priority recurring and ad-hoc reports.
• Contribute to improving data quality and share knowledge on operations best practices.
• Interact with stakeholders to design and implement audit analytics solutions.
