Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Data Mining Analyst x2 (Business Process) to assist the department in analyzing, processing, and reporting on financial and operational data to inform decisions. You will manage multiple reporting systems, develop ad-hoc and recurring reports, and drive data quality improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years of data analytics experience, SAP BO and SQL knowledge, and strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Essential: Grade 12.
• Relevant B Degree or Diploma (Computer Science, IT, Business, Statistics).
• 3-5 years data analytics experience with exposure to business process/retail reporting.
• 2 years report development and data-driven solutions experience.
• Exposure to risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and report on financial and operational performance.
• Produce high-priority recurring and ad-hoc reports.
• Support continuous operational improvement through data insights.
• Interact with stakeholders to design audit analytics solutions.
• Identify efficiencies, cost savings, and risk indicators at store level.
• Develop and design reports and processes for decision making.
