Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a seasoned data science professional to lead cross-domain analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with IT and business units to scope opportunities, drive data-driven decisions, and manage projects with KPI tracking across multiple functions.

The role requires five+ years of hands-on data science project experience, applying ML to finance, manufacturing, marketing, and logistics, with strong communication of governance principles.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant project experience.
• Experience applying data science techniques (including machine learning) to business functions.
• Experience across multiple domains such as Finance, Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution, Transportation, Customer Journey Analytics, Marketing Analytics, e-Commerce, process control.

Job description

• Degree in Computer science, Data Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or arelated quantitative field
• Equivalent work experience in areas such as, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations, is a plus
• Experience in more than one area is strongly preferred

Experience:

• At least five years of relevant Project experience in successfully executing Data Science Projects
• Project experience should include the application of Data Science Techniques and Technologies (including Machine Learning) to business functions such as: Financial Analytics, Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution, Transportation, Customer Journey Analytics, Marketing Analytics, e-Commerce platform, process control,and others
