Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to lead the design and implementation of digital transformation projects. You will act as a bridge between complex business needs and technical solutions, focusing on both Finance and IT domains. You will work closely with enterprise clients to define future-state reporting, business intelligence, and process architecture, ensuring all solutions drive ROI and operational excellence using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and design phase for digital transformation projects, defining new application or process requirements to meet evolving business needs.
• Facilitate workshops with key enterprise clients to gather requirements, document solutions, and present findings within established business analysis frameworks.
• Partner with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, developers, and BI teams to ensure the high-quality delivery of end-to-end systems (people, process, and technology).
• Create robust financial and operational models, performing deep dives into transactional flows to design insightful visual reporting and analysis.
• Plan enhancements, recommend software/systems, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for implementation teams.
• Ensure total accuracy of delivered solutions, identify implementation risks, and provide expert advice to close gaps and optimize performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate/optimize routine tasks and mentor the team by sharing project insights and technical expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, specifically with financial systems and integrations.
• Proven mastery of data analytics (profiling, scoping, data quality) and acting as a Data Warehouse expert.
• Excellent system design and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex issues for both technical (modelers/developers) and non-technical stakeholders.
