Eazi Access Group in Cape Town is seeking an organised Supply Chain Administrator to manage D365 procurement and inventory transactions for the branch, including stock counts, invoice reconciliation, and maintaining accurate transactional data.

You will train branch staff on procurement and inventory processes, uphold min/max inventory levels to support fleet availability, and maintain audit-ready records with rigorous process discipline.

Competenze

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Preferred: Procurement/Planning/Supply Chain qualification (or studying).
• Preferred: Diploma/ Degree in SCM, Logistics or related field.

Mansioni

• Process and govern all procurement and inventory transactions in D365 with full audit trail.
• Plan and post monthly stock counts across warehouses and vans; resolve variances.
• Manage end-to-end inventory operations to prevent stock-outs and meet SLAs.
• Validate supplier and freight invoices against PO; ensure filing for audit readiness.
• Provide training and support to branch staff on D365 procurement/inventory.
• Uphold safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
