Job summary

Exclusive Networks South Africa (Pty) Ltd is hiring a Product Manager to develop and execute the business strategy for Proofpoint and Forescout portfolios, manage vendor relationships, and drive growth across the region.

You will work with the Country Sales Manager, vendors, partners, and internal teams to maximize product value, market penetration and revenue performance. Your role focuses on renewal growth, pipeline development and partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product/brand management, sales, or a related field.
• Experience working with vendors and partners in a technology or cybersecurity environment.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as email security, security awareness, data protection, network security, asset visibility, NAC, or risk management.
• Strong background in relationship management, commercial experience, market analysis, business development and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success in business growth, forecasting, demand generation and partner development.
• Proven track record in managing product lifecycles, pricing strategies, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for Proofpoint and Forescout solutions.
• Provide regular updates on: Email security trends; Security awareness and human risk management; Data loss prevention (DLP); Insider threat protection; Network access control (NAC); Asset visibility.
• Develop and maintain accurate vendor forecasts aligned to partner commitments and pipeline activity.
• Identify, qualify and track new revenue opportunities, while maintaining renewal business.
• Serve as the primary commercial liaison between vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and marketing teams on awareness campaigns, webinars, events, workshops and customer engagement activities.
• Develop strategic campaigns aligned to vendor priorities, product lifecycle stages and growth initiatives.
