Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies seeks a Senior Cyber Prevent Specialist to lead cyber risk governance and preventative controls across products, services and technology environments. You will provide assurance, guide remediation, and collaborate with Security Architecture, Cyber Defence and IT teams to embed secure practices across markets.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a cyber security role with governance, risk, assurance or preventative controls.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, ISF, PCI DSS, OWASP, SANS.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cyber Prevent operations, planning, delivery governance and performance across business units and markets.
• Manage KRI data quality, reporting and automation under governance; provide timely escalation of weaknesses and blockers.
• Provide preventative cyber security assurance, guidance and decision support to strategic programmes, projects, products and services.
• Translate policies and control requirements into practical guardrails and acceptance criteria.
• Manage cyber security assessment governance, evidence review, recommendations, and remediation tracking under oversight.
• Identify material cyber security risks and track remediation and residual‑risk acceptance to closure.
• Coordinate CHARM compliance activities, technology alignment and tracking of control gaps.
• Support DevSecOps security enablement by embedding preventative controls into agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
