Job summary

Jordan Human Resources seeks an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong governance and risk background. The role focuses on implementing preventative security controls and ensuring compliance across multiple markets.

You will coordinate security programmes, manage vendor deliverables, and report on KRIs and data quality. Strong communication and ability to influence without direct authority are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in a cyber security role, including governance, risk, assurance or preventative controls.
• CISSP preferred; CCSP, OSCP, CISM, CISA or equivalent certifications will be considered.
• SABSA, TOGAF or other security architecture qualifications are advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, ISF, PCI DSS, OWASP and SANS.
• Strong understanding of security risks, controls, risk treatment and evidence-based assurance.
• Experience across security domains: assessment/testing, governance, architecture, IAM, network security, etc.
• Experience managing cyber security programmes across stakeholders or markets under governance.
• Experience in KRI management, data quality and reporting automation.
• Experience managing vendors, security deliverables and contractual dependencies.
• Executive stakeholder management and clear written communication.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux security, cloud and container tech (AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes), GitHub.

Education

Three-year technical diploma or degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
