Job summary

Telebest is recruiting for a Customs Database Specialist for a client based in Waterfall with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the customs customer Masterfile, driving customer updates, and supporting operational efficiency through data quality and automation.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in logistics operations, strong customer relationship skills, and in-depth knowledge of express customs and product lines, with advanced Excel abilities

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in logistics operations, within a country.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Deep knowledge of express customs processes and product knowledge.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
