Job summary

Bash is seeking Seasonal Customer Support Agents for the peak period from October to December 2026 in Parow, South Africa. If you excel at fast-paced multi-channel support, you will handle chat, email, voice and social inquiries with empathy and speed. Requirements include 6–18 months in a customer support role and familiarity with CRM tools like Freshdesk or Zendesk.

Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus. This is a seasonal opportunity with flexible work and a dynamic team.

WHO YOU ARE:

This job is for you if you have:
