• Log the warranty replacement sensors into a spreadsheet.
• Prepare the warranty replacement parcel for dispatch using DSV system.
• Follow up on warranty replacements delivery queries (calls and emails).
• Keep a check on warranty replacements stock levels.
• Monthly report on warranty replacements and samples shipped.
• Arrange faulty devices collections with courier services.
• Prepare faulty devices packing list, commercial invoice, and courier waybill for UK shipments.
• Filing and general office admin duties.
• Deliver paperwork to other divisions.
• Collect paperwork from other divisions.
• Refill printer paper and manage printer cartridges.
