Job summary

Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division in Woodmead, Johannesburg, is offering a Business Coordinator intern role to support the sales team with quotes, orders, and fulfilment. The intern will maintain the pipeline and proactively identify delays to improve order conversion and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Log warranty replacement sensors into a spreadsheet.
• Prepare warranty replacement parcels for dispatch using the DSV system.
• Follow up on warranty delivery queries via calls and emails.
• Monitor warranty replacements stock levels and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate collections of faulty devices and prepare packing lists and invoices.
• Perform general office administration and filing; support other divisions as needed.

This position works from our offices in Woodmead for the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division , who are responsible for live saving diagnostic tests across Africa, focusing on diseases such as HIV, TB and other infectious diseases.The Business Coordinator intern will o oversee and support the sales/ commercial team with quotes, order fulfillment and order conversion. Weekly maintain the Buisness Pipeline tracker to assist track each order conversion and fulfilment to delivery. Proactively identify any blocks or delays in sales

Responsibilities

• Monthly report on warranty replacements and samples shipped

• Prepare faulty devices packing list, commercial invoice, and courier waybill for UK shipments
