Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is seeking a General Assistant for internal applications at Heidedal. You will deliver comprehensive customer service, assist with stock merchandising, price labelling, and housekeeping within your area of responsibility.

Key duties include advising customers, resolving complaints, ensuring planogram compliance, and maintaining a safe, uncluttered shopping environment while adhering to OHSA safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year related experience or Grade 12 without related work experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant local language.
• Valid SA ID or work permit.
• Ability to perform basic calculations.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.
