Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce (essential)
• Proven experience in customer order processing, account administration, and customer support
• High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical diagnostics, or related industries will be advantageous
