Job summary

Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd in Middelburg is seeking a customer-focused and technically inclined Customer Service Administrator to join our repair facility team.

You will handle customer enquiries, manage repair documentation, prepare quotations, coordinate purchasing and keep customers informed from the initial repair request through to completion and delivery, while collaborating with workshop, warehouse and internal sales teams.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales or Administration.
• Experience in electrical motor/engineering environments is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer enquiries and repair requests.
• Respond to queries about motor repairs and progress.
• Open, maintain and follow up on repair job cards and documents.
• Prepare quotations and monitor outstanding quotations.
• Keep customers updated on costs and completion dates.
• Coordinate with workshop, warehouse and sales teams to meet timelines.
• Assist with invoicing and ensure documentation is complete.
