Hire Resolve is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join a client in the retail sector. You will build and maintain productive relationships with assigned retail customers, ensure satisfaction with products and services, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.

You will be the main point of contact, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or relevant role in retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join their client's team in the Retail Industry. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, and identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
