• Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)

Aufgaben

• Execute cash & related transactions
• Balance, control and manage the cash float
• Disperse and receive cash, cheques, travellers cheques, drafts and other financial instruments
• Process and encash cheques with verification of identification
• Adhere to policies to prevent fraud
• Refer transactions beyond limits for authorization
• Capture transactions on the Bank system with proper authorization
• Maintain neat and tidy workstation and adhere to Corporate Image standards
• Adhere to end-of-day procedures (ABSA 3368)
• Identify and action sales leads to contribute to Branch Sales
• Provide customer guidance on procedures and service offerings
• Report suspicious transactions per control frameworks
