You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing accurate product and policy information, and guiding customers to positive outcomes in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

You must have a high school diploma and prior customer-facing experience, with excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and contribute to loyalty
