Qualifications

• High School (Grade 12) is required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to follow scripts and handle inquiries clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and are individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Ensure that basic customer details held in the system are accurate, and note follow-up actions from each sales call.
• Interview the customer to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and act as first point of contact for queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks following established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information and referrals.
