Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• Clear communication and ability to interview customers using sales scripts.
• Ability to enter and manage data in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests.
• Ensure basic CRM data is accurate and note follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to develop relationships and resolve customer queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and codes.
• Support business development and follow established procedures.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
• Select and input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Demonstrate value of networking within and outside the company.
