Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to follow established standards and procedures for routine inquiries.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and basic CRM data handling.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure basic customer details in the system are accurate and document follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Provide a first contact point for resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks and follow established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining referrals and recommendations.
• Select data from information and input into spreadsheets or formats.
• Demonstrate networking by engaging with internal/external networks.
