You’ll centralise customer administration, overhaul reporting systems, and ensure executives have the insights they need to make decisions.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and optimise all customer reporting, forecasting, costing, and new business analysis. Standardise, streamline, and improve processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Lead high-impact continuous improvement projects, eliminating wasted time and driving operational excellence.
  • Deliver sharp, insightful dashboards and reports to Exco on revenue, GP, and strategic priorities, helping guide the business’s top decisions.
  • Drive world-class sales and CRM systems through hands-on involvement in the ODOO implementation project.
  • Build, centralise, and lead a national customer administration team, replacing fragmented regional processes.
  • Influence and partner with sales, procurement, operations, and technology teams to embed data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion change management initiatives, ensuring adoption of best practices across the business.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or relevant business qualification with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • 8+ years’ experience in sales or executive reporting, business intelligence, or operational data management.
  • Proven track record of system optimisation, process improvement, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tool skills.
  • Supply chain or manufacturing experience highly advantageous, especially automotive parts.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to get buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter mentality with the confidence to make decisions and drive results independently.
Why This Role is Different

This is a new, high-impact position with a direct line to executives. You’ll be the engine that powers fact-based decisions, transforming fragmented processes into a strategic advantage.
